5 Good Reasons To Back Out of a Relationship

Being in a thriving relationship takes a lot of hard work. Many people start a relationship unsure if they should commit to a person or run for the hills. Here are five good reasons why a person should back out of a relationship.
There Are Serious Trust Issues
Trust is essential in a relationship. If two people do not trust each other then the bond between them will be easily broken. Many couples have issues stemming from dishonesty, cheating and prior issues which lead to toxic fights and hurt feelings.
People need to feel safe and loved to fully commit their entire hearts to someone.
People often cheat when they are seeing someone. If a person is a serial cheater then there is not a strong connection there and the behaviour will continue even if there is a union between the two. Without trust, a person needs to flee and find someone new.
Someone Is Violent
Violence is a game changer and people who are being emotionally or physically abused should leave their significant other. Many women do not leave abusive men. This can lead to marriages and households that have problems with domestic violence. Some people believe that love can change an abusive person but this is often not the case and is a sign that things need to end. Giving someone a chance to get help is admirable and in long term relationships where the violence is a relatively new thing it is probably worth it but in a new relationship if there are signs of a violent temper then you should call it quits straight away.
A Person Is Too Clingy
Being too clingy can be a sign of lust instead of love. Many people meet someone and then become enamoured with them and cannot let them out of their site. This can lead to one partner feeling smothered which can be a huge turn off. Couples who are dating need their own space so that each partner feels that they maintain their own identities and sense of self.
Some men rely too much on women. Women often act like mothers to the men that they are seeing which can lead men to be waited on hand and foot. This creates a situation where someone becomes too reliant on the other and in turn resentment can begin to form. When this happens, people need to walk away so that they can find someone who better suits their needs.
There Has Been a Huge Betrayal
Betrayal is hard for anyone to deal with. When someone betrays another, even being forgiven cannot absolve the hurt. The issue often will come up again and again during arguments. When this arises, it is best to say good bye and move on.
The Conversation Is All about One Person
Some people become very selfish when they begin dating another person. If a person is narcissistic and makes everything about them-self then there is no room for true love and affection. People should put their significant other's needs first and if this does not happen then they should have the confidence to back out and go forward with someone new.

How to Get Through a Relationship Break Up and Feel Better Right Away!

I bet you have been going through a rollercoaster of emotions since the break up happened, and thoughts about what happened have probably been whirling around your mind. It's exhausting and your energy levels are probably already low. So step 1 is quite simple.
1) Give yourself a break from the stress and pain.
Although the break up and what happened may be all you can think about right now, now is NOT the time to disect what went wrong, or the possibility of reuniting with your ex.
Instead just see whether you can re-focus your attention elsewhere, even if it is just for short periods of time to start with. This means doing something to break the spiral pattern of thoughts and feelings. I am going to break this down into mini steps for you.
> Catch yourself every time you start to analyse what happened with the break up or think about your ex.
> Gently move your thoughts elsewhere.
> Do something else that is pleasurable to you and will distract you. This will be very individual and so you will need to find out what activities bring you enough pleasure to take your mind off your ex.
This little break you give yourself will do wonders to help soothe your raging emotions, quiet your mind and boost your energy back up a bit.
As an aside, if you are interested in getting back together with your ex you are MUCH more likely to have a shot at this once you have changed your vibe and shifted your energy a bit using step 1. But for now forget about trying to get back with your ex, now is not the time to be trying to think about that. The time to ponder on that will come later I promise, when you are feeling more balanced again.
2) Make a list of all the things YOU love to do.
Not stuff you did with your ex, but stuff that you as an individual enjoys. Pick things that really ignite your passion. If you struggle with this step it is definitely worth spending some time on, as you may have lost yourself in your relationship!
It's time to get out there and try something new. Join a social group, meet up with some old friends that you haven't had time to see for ages, get a hobby. And pay attention to what activities make you feel happy.
Now, make a list of them. Include easy, free things that you can do at home anytime, like cuddling the dog, as well as the things that require a little more effort and getting out the door.
Underneath this list make a second list, of all your GOOD qualities. Again if you find it hard I want you to spend some time on this. This list is all about YOU, and is designed to make you feel good every time you look at it. If you really can't think of anything list some qualities you would like to cultivate, and maybe do a little work on your self esteem.
Some examples of good qualities include 'kind' 'funny' 'enthusiastic' and so on.
3) Start thinking about dating other people.
And notice I only said 'thinking' you don't have to actually 'do' yet if you really don't want to (although personally I would recommend actually doing it). Yes I know this may feel premature and scary. However this is all part of the healing.
What I would like you to realise here is that this other person is NOT THE ONLY option in the whole wide world for you. Think about it. Visualise our whole big world, and all the men and women on it. Now, tell me that there is not just the slightest, little possibility that there could just be someone else out there who you can have a happy relationship with. Hey, maybe they will even treat you BETTER than your ex did!
And when you do start dating go into it with an attitude of just doing it for fun. You are NOT looking for 'the one' just yet, you are just getting out there to meet some new people. Think of your dates as 'practice' only and it will take all the pressure off.
OK. Now hopefully you are feeling a little bit better.
I want you to rinse and repeat those steps for the next few weeks, or however long it takes for you to feel better and more balanced again.
Then and ONLY then are you ready to sit down and think rationally about whether you really want to try to re-unite with your ex.

How Texting Can Help Improve Your Relationship

Today, I'd like to share some simple, but naughty texting techniques with you. With today's technology, a person can communicate romance, excitement and anything else that one can think through a variety of means. Texting is one such example, but it is often ignored in favor of other mediums, like emails, and Facebook posts. This is a mistake, because there are certain emotions that are best expressed through texting as opposed to other mediums of electronic communication.
In any case, you can create a great text message with a simple one-liners like these:
- I just can't stop thinking of...
- Stop!
- If I could only tell you...
The idea behind these kinds of messages actually comes from marketing. They're meant to shock the senses and elicit curiosity. Although they don't always work in the commercial world, this technique is very effective when used in relationships, particularly if the person you're sending them to likes to get such messages.
If you can create a good introductory message, you will be able to garner the right attention, and she'll respond to your initial message with a curious "What?" From here, you will need to send an appreciation text. You can write any kind of message that you like, but it helps if you can be a little specific on what you wish to say to your special someone.
"I'm lucky to have you" or "I already miss you" are the kind of messages that stimulate feelings of gratitude and endearment. In any case, it's up to you to be creative, and to create text messages that can make your girl smile. These messages may seem a bit cliche, but if you use them at the right moments, and provided you don't overuse them, they can really help improve your relationship.
If however, you and your girl already have a strong relationship then you can try naughtier messages. In writing these messages, it's important to use the present tense and to be as descriptive as possible. Remember that unlike men, women tend to be more imaginative when it comes to romance, and so you will need to offer a lot of descriptions on how you'd like a special date or dinner to go. Describing sights, sounds, smells, and most important of all, feelings can help add excitement and meaning to a particular text message. It also helps if you know how to use the words that women typically like, such as "imagine" or "feel."
A good example to use are romance novels. Some people may consider them trashy, but they can give you some excellent insights on how the female mind works, and what kind of words excite them. Love scenes, for example, use certain words and phrases, and you can use them to create the ideal text messages.
Text messages are like an art form. They require practice and a little perseverance. Even if your girlfriend doesn't like some of your text messages, that's no reason to give up. Keep practicing your text messaging skills, and you'll soon have the right template to make her swoon.
Try it out and let me know how she reacts.
