The Power of the Subliminal Mind and the Law of Attraction – Three Steps to Get What You Ask For

Do you find yourself in a state of constant lamentation at the state of your life? Are you not happy with the way that your life is going? Are you not satisfied with the wealth, opportunities, attention, and other things that you are receiving in life?
1. Do you even ask? The first thing you need to ask yourself is, do you ask for what you want? Most people keep on complaining that they don’t get what they want in life without realizing that the root of the problem is that they don’t ask at all.
Have you heard of the story about the old man who keeps on praying to win the lottery, but he doesn’t even buy a ticket? Most of us are like that most times.
So what you need to do is specify what you really want. Think about your desires, and try to formulate and visualize them in your mind. Make sure that you can answer specifically and directly if someone asks you what you want in life. This way, both your subconscious mind and the universe will know what you want.
2. Why your subconscious? You need to know what you want so you will know which direction you’re headed for. You need to communicate it in certain and specific terms to the controlling body in your life. This controlling power is your subliminal mind. If you program what you want in your subliminal mind, your mind will control your thoughts, actions, behaviors, habits, impulses, and so on to help you get what you want.
So just keep on telling yourself what you want, both consciously (for added motivation) and subconsciously, so you won’t jeopardize your own chances of getting them and all your habits and beliefs will work together. Once your subconscious recognizes what you want, it will start formulating its own plan and solution on how to get you what you ask for. It will come up with the empowering thoughts, useful ideas, and healthy habits that will all contribute to your desire.
3. Why the universe? The universe has to know what you want too. Have you heard of the law of attraction? According to this law, the universe will actually conspire to give you what you want if you powerfully attract your desires into your life using the power of positive thought. What does it mean for the universe to conspire to bring you what you desire? This just means that all things, people, and circumstances will miraculous go the way you want, smoothly, to pave the way for you getting what you desire.
To make the law of attraction work for you, you need to fill your head with the full belief that you will get what you ask for. You need to believe 100% in the actuality of your desires actually coming to life. Your positive thoughts will radiate such power and attract your goals straight to you.
So there you have it. In order to get what you want, you just have to do three things:
1. Ask
2. Let your subconscious know what you want.
3. Let the universe know what you want.

Beliefs that Make You Poor and How to Change Them

Who doesn’t want to get rich? It’s practically everyone’s ultimate goal in life. The truth is, getting rich isn’t difficult. The only reason why so many people are suffering from the lack of it is that they hold on to thoughts, ideas, and beliefs that hinder them from becoming rich.
So if you want to get rich, here are some beliefs to stay away from:
1. You have to work really, really hard to earn money. It is true that you have to work to earn money, but you don’t have to break your back doing so. You don’t have to drive yourself to exhaustion chasing one opportunity after another.
You can, instead, attract opportunities into your life, and work just hard enough to maximize all of them.
The idea that only those who work really hard can get rich is not all that true. There is an easy way to make your efforts yield greater results, so you don’t have to increase your effort in order to increase your income. All it takes is the right mindset that will magnet opportunities followed by the right response or attitude to any opportunities that come knocking.
2. The rich are haughty, selfish people. A lot of people tend to think that those who are rich all have negative attitudes. You may consider all rich people selfish, haughty, unwilling to help, conceited, and so on, regardless of whether it is true or not. These beliefs make your mind think that being rich isn’t a positive thing, so your mind will not work towards that goal. Your mind will think that you don’t really want to be rich because of these negative beliefs.
So try to break any negative thought patterns regarding wealth and wealthy people. They could be the culprits hindering you from becoming rich yourself.
3. Wealth is a burden. Some people console themselves with the idea that being rich is a burden. They start imagining all the problems and issues they have to face in case they get rich. Here are some examples: they have to pay more taxes, they will feel obliged to donate to charity, they have to support or help more relatives or friends in need, and so on. This belief can actually make your subconscious mind fearful of getting rich.
How to Change Them
If you have any of these beliefs, then it’s about time to change them. That is, if you want to get rich. But you may ask, “how exactly can you change beliefs?”
The key is subliminal programming or the process of reconstructuring the way the mind works. This involves the use of subliminal messages, which have proven effective in changing beliefs, thought patterns, ideas, habits, and so on. All you have to do is come up with positive messages that contradict the negative beliefs about the rich and keep on repeating them to yourself. You can also use especially designed products that are used to send these messages to the subconscious. These are called subliminal products, which include subliminal videos, audio tapes, and so on. There are a lot of these online, so make sure you start the first step into getting rich as soon as you can find some of these products.

Stop Worrying and Start Living

Have you been called a worry wart multiple times? Do you lose sleep each night simply because you are too busy worrying? Are you not able to enjoy activities because you are too busy worrying? If so, then it is time for you to stop worrying. Mind you, worrying is not going to get you anywhere and it is certainly not healthy. In the paragraphs below, we are going to lend you a helping hand and tell you how to stop worrying.
Fix the Problem - If there is something you are worrying about and the problem is fixable, then why not go ahead and fix the problem? Instead of worrying, sit there and think of a solution to the problem. If there is absolutely no solution to the problem, then it is out of your hands and you should just let things take their course. Many times, you will be surprised to find that things can and will fix themselves, without you worrying about them.
Schedule Some Worry Time - If you absolutely have to worry, then schedule in some worry time on your calender. Schedule 30 minutes out of the day to sit there and worry. After those 30 minutes, you have to promise yourself that you will not worry for the rest of the day.
Stop Taking Responsibility for Everyone - Are you worried about the people you love? Are the people you love making mistakes? You are only one person, you cannot fix the world. Leave people alone and let them make their own mistakes.
You Can Handle the Worse - Remind yourself that if the worse does happen (usually what you're worried about) that you will be able to handle it. Seriously, think about it - what is the worse thing that could happen? Yes, you could handle THAT.
Worrying Journal - You could start your own worrying journal and write everything you are worried about down on paper. This way, you are getting those thoughts out of your mind and putting them in paper.
Talk to Someone - Feel free to talk to someone about the things you are worried about. Surely you have a spouse, partner, friend, etc. that you could talk to. Personally, when we have something on our mind, we feel better after we talk to someone about it.
Do you know what time it is right now? It is time for you to stop worrying and start living your life. Seriously, worrying is not going to get you anywhere and the more time you spend worrying, the more time you have wasted. Instead of worrying, go out and do something productive. If you constantly worry all the time, you are not going to get very far in life

Life Lessons, A Three Step Process

The first step is to make a decision.

You need to decide if you want to lose weight, stop smoking, save money, find a compatible mate, spend more time with your children, start a business, volunteer... you get the idea. Whatever it is you want to do, the first step is to decide and I mean really decide that you want to do it. Just talking it to death is not making a decision, making the effort and moving forward after making the decision is. So first, write down the decision you have made.

The next step is the big one, the big "C" and that is to make a commitment to your decision. The commitment is the stumbling point for so many. They talk and talk about the decisions, I'm going to lose weight, I am going to start my own business, I am going to stop smoking, etc.

A commitment means taking the steps to fulfill the decision you made. Making a plan to move forward. If your decision is to spend more time with your children, decide what days and time you will spend with them and make up a list of the things you could do with them. Or if you decide to volunteer, make a list of your interests, and then match that to a organization that needs volunteers.

If you have decided to start a business then make a plan on how you want to proceed. If you have decided to save money, you need to make a concentrated effort and a commitment to do so.
The commitment is how you are going to implement the decision and you must stick to your commitment or you are back in the decision stage and that is a "no man's land".

Okay, you made a decision, and have committed yourself to that decision, now the last step is to Succeed. Don't think you are done. As a former smoker I know that you have to still commit yourself every day so you can continue to succeed. Same goes for those of us trying to keep weight off, and probably the best known continual effort is that of the alcoholic.Think of AA and the ongoing process.
So, make your decision, commit to it, and you will succeed, provided you continue to commit to your decision.

Wishing you the best in whatever decision you make!

Bruce Lee’s Top 10 Tips for Being Successful in Life and Business

1- Be Open-Minded
“Take no thought of who is right or wrong or who is better than. Be not for or against.”
There’s no right or wrong in the universe. It’s completely subjective.
Getting caught up in the drama of who is right or wrong or who is better than will only distract you from reaching your goals and creating a successful life.

 2-Create Your Own Destiny
“To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.”
You can make all the excuses in the world, but nothing happens until you stop blaming your circumstances or people in your life, and take control of your life.

3-Control Your Thoughts
“As you think, so shall you become.”
What you think about, you draw into your life. If you’re constantly being negative, you will draw more negativity into your life.

 4-Be Patient
“A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough.”
One of my weaknesses is my impatience. However, I’ve learned to channel my impatience into getting more done and being productive.

 5-Set Goals
“A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.”
If you want to create your dream life, or start a business around your passion, you first have to know what you want. For the longest time I avoided setting goals, because I thought it was unnecessary.

6-Break Barriers
“Using no way as way, using no limitation as limitation.”
We all have negative beliefs that stop us from being as successful in life as we would like.
The only person holding you back is you. Once you become comfortable with overcoming your fears, you will start seeing dramatic success in your life.

7- Simplicity
“Simplicity is the key to brilliance.”
If you can simplify your life, your goals, and your tasks, you will not only be happier, you will also get more done and be more successful.
It was not until I started focusing on one single task and one major goal in my life that I started seeing rapid results in the direction of my dreams.

8-Apply What You Learn
“Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.”
How many people do you know that read a lot of books and spend a lot of time buying courses, but never apply the knowledge they learn?

 9-Manage Your Time
“If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.”
We are surrounded by distractions, such as e-mail, Twitter, and Facebook. They are great at connecting us to each other, but they distract us from what is truly important.

 10-Be You
“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”
As I said earlier, you were born with unique talents, gifts, and skills. When you try to be someone you’re not, you will only attract people into your life that are not in harmony with you.

How to Build Your Self Esteem

Surround Yourself With Positive People
Look at the company you keep.  Are they generally positive people or do they bring you down? It's hard, but sometimes you have to cut people out of your life that bring you down.  When you're on a quest to learn to love yourself, it's important you spend time with people that are fun, positive and uplifting.

 Daily Affirmations
If you're old enough to remember Stuart Smalley from Saturday Night Live, you may remember the phrase "I'm good enough, smart enough, and doggone it people like me!"
This phrase may have generated a lot of laughs in the 90's but it really is an example of a useful affirmation.
Try this.  Every morning when you get up, stand in the mirror and say 5 things you like about yourself.  It can be anything from "I like my smile" to "I am good at making people laugh."
Do this every morning before you start your day.  The effects from this exercise over time can be amazing.

 Face Your Fears
We all have at least one thing we've always wanted to try but perhaps we were afraid to try it.  Write down a list of things you've always wanted to do.  Pick the one that's most important and go for it.  You will feel so proud of yourself for taking on a challenge you've always feared.

 Feed Your Brain
Get a copy of How to Raise Your Self Esteem and Honoring The Self by Nathaniel Brandon.
I own both of these and they are very insightful books with great advice.  They are both easy reads and "How to Raise Your Self Esteem" contains exercises that help you break free of the negative self-concepts and conquer you anger, depression and anxiety.

 Learn a New Skill
When you learn how to do something new, it helps build your self esteem.  Ever wanted to learn how to dance?  Take a salsa class.  Thought about learning a foreign language? Take a Spanish class.  Not only will you meet new people but it will help you feel good about yourself.

Remember to Reward and Compliment Yourself
I was notorious for always criticizing myself for things I didn't or couldn't do.  If I had only put half as much emphasize on praising myself for my accomplishments as I did tearing myself down, it would have made a world of difference.
There's nothing wrong with saying "Good job" to yourself after you've completed a task.  When you do this on a regular basis you begin to appreciate yourself.  It may feel weird at first, but keep at it and you'll notice a positive change over time.
