Stop Worrying and Start Living

Have you been called a worry wart multiple times? Do you lose sleep each night simply because you are too busy worrying? Are you not able to enjoy activities because you are too busy worrying? If so, then it is time for you to stop worrying. Mind you, worrying is not going to get you anywhere and it is certainly not healthy. In the paragraphs below, we are going to lend you a helping hand and tell you how to stop worrying.
Fix the Problem - If there is something you are worrying about and the problem is fixable, then why not go ahead and fix the problem? Instead of worrying, sit there and think of a solution to the problem. If there is absolutely no solution to the problem, then it is out of your hands and you should just let things take their course. Many times, you will be surprised to find that things can and will fix themselves, without you worrying about them.
Schedule Some Worry Time - If you absolutely have to worry, then schedule in some worry time on your calender. Schedule 30 minutes out of the day to sit there and worry. After those 30 minutes, you have to promise yourself that you will not worry for the rest of the day.
Stop Taking Responsibility for Everyone - Are you worried about the people you love? Are the people you love making mistakes? You are only one person, you cannot fix the world. Leave people alone and let them make their own mistakes.
You Can Handle the Worse - Remind yourself that if the worse does happen (usually what you're worried about) that you will be able to handle it. Seriously, think about it - what is the worse thing that could happen? Yes, you could handle THAT.
Worrying Journal - You could start your own worrying journal and write everything you are worried about down on paper. This way, you are getting those thoughts out of your mind and putting them in paper.
Talk to Someone - Feel free to talk to someone about the things you are worried about. Surely you have a spouse, partner, friend, etc. that you could talk to. Personally, when we have something on our mind, we feel better after we talk to someone about it.
Do you know what time it is right now? It is time for you to stop worrying and start living your life. Seriously, worrying is not going to get you anywhere and the more time you spend worrying, the more time you have wasted. Instead of worrying, go out and do something productive. If you constantly worry all the time, you are not going to get very far in life
