Hello readers of success skills ,
today i read an article on ezinarticles.com this article was very useful for me and for that i decide to share it with you here on my blog .
here is the article hope you love it ;
Ever wondered why certain people are prone to certain things such as encountering people who are rude or angry with them, or get involved in accidents and seem to be just plain unlucky most of the time? It would seem, no matter what they do, they always find themselves in some kind of trouble or some unpleasant situation. I have experienced such a kind of disposition until I discovered some information that changed my outlook on life and made my experiences less unpleasant like before.
Do not get me wrong. I am not out to convince you that my life is a walk in the park and is free of the hassles many of us have to go through in our daily activities. I can however say with certainty that since being exposed to this knowledge, I have been more content and seem to attract less unpleasant circumstances in my life. I am also sure that this is not a mere coincidence or plain luck, though I have a tough time explaining this phenomenon. However, there are certain basic lessons I learnt about leading a life with less stress and worry and how to enjoy more peace of mind.
It is interesting to note the attitude of chronic grumblers. They seem to attract the very things they complain and whine about. My favorite writer on this subject, by the name of Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, says this about anxiety: "..there's no actual stress or anxiety in the world; it's your thoughts that create these false beliefs. You can't package stress, touch it or see it. There are only people engaged in stressful thinking." In my experience, after learning the little I have about the workings of the human mind, I have seen things happen in my experience that I can only describe as miraculous. The more I train my mind to see the positive in the face of glaring and seemingly insurmountable problems, things turn out well in such a way I simply cannot explain.
Ernest Holmes in his insightful book about the operations of the mind, THE SCIENCE OF MIND, says, "ideas about oneself implanted in the mind with conviction and unwavering conviction, have a way of fulfilling themselves materially in your life." This, however, does not imply lying around and thinking that you are a millionaire and hope to suddenly becoming rich overnight. Do what has to be done, yet always having at the back of your mind a conviction that things will turn out well. It is here that doubt comes in, telling you that this is simply a dumb idea that won't work. You must learn and know that the laws of mind are just as natural as physical laws. If you plant a cabbage seed you don't expect to reap tomatoes. Yet you have to tend your garden by weeding it, watering it and all that you deem to be necessary for the successful germination of the seed into a cabbage plant. The mind also works in like fashion. What we need is to have knowledge of the workings of the mind and work with conviction and not blind faith. It is a pleasant surprise to see how 'coincidences' happen to bring to fruition the ideas you hold with conviction in your mind.
