Everything that happens in your life is always a process. The
meaning of following a process is to simply follow a certain guideline
of what you will do in the day to help you reach your main desired
outcome. Here is a quick look at what I love to do in my day explaining
my simple process.
The best way to start off your day every morning
- Hour Of Power
The Hour of Power is your first morning hour when you wake up that lasts for about 30 minutes or so. This is what you should do if you really want to get yourself in the right shape for each and everyday. This morning ritual is meant to help you condition your emotional state. During these 30 minutes, you can decide to meditate or decide on another kind of workout that you can follow.
- T30 Workout
After I spend 30 minutes doing the above, I decide to get into the T30 workout and start working hard on my body. This workout is really worth doing because it can be done by using a couple of dumbbells, so you can do this from anywhere. It truly is a great exercise that does not require the drive down to the big gym. Many people find this workout to be very good for building up more testosterone, not to mention help you out with making you leaner and stronger faster than ever. - Dressing Better
The technique for looking your best is to feel comfortable with how you feel and what you are wearing.
